Airworthiness Directives; 328 Support Services GmbH (Type Certificate Previously Held by AvCraft Aerospace GmbH; Fairchild Dornier GmbH; Dornier Luftfahrt GmbH) Airplanes

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain 328 Support Services GmbH Model 328-100 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report of missing rivets on landing flap support arm 2. This proposed AD would require an inspection of the landing flap support arms for missing rivets and corrective actions if necessary, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which will be incorporated by reference. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
